Grace looked up to see the blinking red light on the camera go out. Molten heat flooded her core and she moaned as Kurt’s lips grazed her neck. One of Levi’s hands left her hips and a second later, there was a short ring as the elevator jerked to a halt. When his hand returned to her side, his grip was tighter than ever.

A phone began to buzz somewhere, but beyond knowing it wasn’t hers, Grace didn’t care as she leaned back against Levi, while Kurt’s hands and mouth explored her body.

“You better get that Kurt,” Levi huffed, and she felt Kurt sigh against the skin of her collarbone. When she looked down she saw that he had opened the top two buttons of her blouse. She wondered when that had happened.

“Kurt,” he answered, nearly making her laugh aloud. His shoulders sagged and she wondered what was wrong. “Yes, Mamma,” he said, before hanging up.

His expression, when he looked at her, was sheepish. He tugged her blouse back into place and did up the buttons before stepping back from her and reactivating the camera.

Behind her, Levi chuckled silently, his chest vibrating against her back.

“Busted,” Levi rumbled, as Kurt pushed the button to re-engage the elevator.

“So were you,” Kurt grumbled, and Grace laughed. “Mamma said she was going to cut your fingers off if you didn’t start the elevator again.”

A puff of warm air against her scalp was Levi’s only response. Grace still leant against him and had no intentions of moving. He was comfortable, and she was tired.

Grace stared off into space, wondering how she came to this point. Not so long ago, she was the mistress of her own domain, single, confident, complete. Yet now here she was, at the mercy of two men who had expressed an interest in her, neither of them bothered by the other. In fact, their attitude to sharing her was quite open. And not a bone in her body protested the idea. Who on earth had she become?

For so long, her priorities had all revolved around her shop, but within the space of a few days she found herself wrapped up in The Brotherhood and caring for two men who were to all intents and purposes, strangers, no matter what they had been through together. It just didn’t make sense. To top it off, she had a wolf shifter whose beast wanted to tame her, and a demon who wanted to possess her power. Since when had she been a figure in demand?

Her world tipped sideways as Levi swung her up into his arms. “Come on, Little Witch, you’re more tired than you think if you can’t see how impatient Kurt is to get you out of here.”

Grace looked over at Kurt who was frowning at her.

“Are you alright?” he asked.

“Just having a reality check, everything is moving so fast, it’s a little disorienting,” she told him.

Immediately Levi’s strides shortened and he drew her tighter to his chest.
